What is Zip-Ship?
Zip-Ship is a special feature of our Cart and Windrush Online. You
choose USPS, UPS, and FedEX, to ship you your items. Using Zip-Ship
allows our customers to calculate the exact shipping rate for their
order in Real-Time, while they are placing the order. At the click
of a mouse! We try and match the ship method to the carrier and means
you choose as best we can.
It is a great system but not a perfect one. In the event that shipping
is miscalculated or their is any problem with shipping, call us at
800-446-7554, or EMAIL US.
We can adjust shipping errors after the fact by crediting your account
if necessary.
Shipping Times
In most cases
your item will ship in 5-10 working days. If we can get it out faster
we will. Please keep in mind that with art there is usually special
packaging required and certain situations that may require special
considerations and additional time. If framing services are purchased
add 5-10 working days days. If you need an item rush let us know and
